Carlos De Oliveira - the second generation immigrant from Central America had never been in trouble with the law, had never received even a speeding ticket. Although Mr. Trump paid Mr. De Olivera a handsome salary, he and his family lived well within their means.

He gladly accepted employment by Mr. Trump as a property manager. Then he got ensnared in the Classified documents case because Mr. Trump asked him to do unlawful acts on his behalf.

Today, he is under federal indictment for obstruction of justice while covering (lying) for Mr. Trump, and is in jeopardy of facing multiple years in prison. It appears that the government has video of Mr. De Oliveira committing unlawful acts.

He had better hope the jury likes him and views him as a loyal employee just following orders.
